What type of CDL and endorsements do I need to work for you?Class B with a tanker endorsement.

How long does it take for benefits to kick in?Benefits become available 90 days from your start date, including eye, dental, and medical benefits.

Do you offer paid vacations?Yes. After one year of service, you will be eligible for a one-week paid vacation and can reach three weeks based on years of service.

What are your hours of work?The day shift is from 6 am to 6 pm, and the night shift is from 6 pm to 6 am.

Do you pay overtime?We pay overtime for any hours worked after 40.

Will I be paid by hour, mileage, or load?We pay by the hour.

Do you offer a training program, and if, so how long is the program?All new hires must go through our Short Service Employee training program. How long you will be in training depends on how well you retain all the information given during the training process. There is no set time frame for which an individual must be trained. Someone might be in training for 5 days, and another individual might be in training for 5 weeks.

I just received my license, do you hire straight from school?Yes, we do.

What is the starting rate?This will be discussed during the interview and onboarding process. We offer a shift differential for day and night shift.
